I have used this Sleep Spray for a year now and I have used several other sleeping aids to help me sleep. I dislike taking pills that are hard to swallow and make my stomach hurt. I worked in a natuopathic clinic and the lady that I worked with told me it really works. So I tried it and WOW I love it! One of my sons serves in the U.S. Navy and told me he has a hard time going to sleep occasionally so I introduced the Sleep Spray to him and he and his friends all want it now. My other older son and husband use it also and now I have my friends and parents wanting it as well. Thanks Vitamist for your awesome product that is safe and effective for everyone.
