To help you be an informed consumer, our site goes to great lengths to include detailed information about our products and the ingredients they contain. Each product page includes a full nutritional reference and ingredient reference. As you hold the mouse over a particular ingredient, a popup window will display details about that ingredient.

Shopping by Category

Products on VitaMist.com are orgainized by type of product. These categories include Vitamins & Minerals, Weight Loss, Women, Herbal, Specialty, Sports & Active, Pets, Powder Drink Mixes, The Sari Collection and Special Blend.

Products in the Special Blend category in many cases are duplicates of current products but have a special formulation designed for people with extreme dietary restrictions.

Finding Products

In addition to perusing the site by product category, at the top right side of the VitaMist.com site, you will find the Quick Product Locator menu. This menu lists and will take you to each product that we offer.

If you already know the products you want, you can go directly to the Shopping Cart page and click on "Show all Products" at the top right side of the cart. This will list all of our products and you can enter amounts directly.

Finding a Specific Supplement

If you are looking for a specific supplement (vitamin, herb or mineral) and would like to know which of our products contain that specific supplement, you may use our handy Supplement List page.

VitaMist Spray Vitamins accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When ordering by telephone, in addition to the above listed cards, we also accept personal checks and money orders.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Orders placed on VitaMist.com may be modified or canceled at any time before it has shipped. If you would like to change or cancel your order, use our Contact Form or call Customer Service at 1-800-582-5273, Monday thru Friday from 7am to 5pm MST. Our Fax number is 1-888-527-3329 (Please note the 888 prefix.)

If you place two or more orders on the same day, at our discretion we may combine the orders into a single shipment and credit back any difference in shipping fees back to you.

Product Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satifaction is important to us. Your order will arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 30 days simply return them for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. (See How to Return a Product?)

Shipping Policy

Orders placed on VitaMist.com are typically shipped by USPS Priority Mail. At our discretion, we may use UPS.

International Shipping

Due to unpredictable shipping prices, all orders shipped outside of North America will incur additional shipping charges. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you by telephone or email to inform you of any additional shipping charges.

For our Canadian customers, we are unable to ship certain products due to Canadian Import Restrictions. These products will be clearly identified when visiting specific product information pages.

How to Return a Product?

Before returning any product, you must contact VitaMist for an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Number. Packages returned without an RMA will be refused. To obtain an RMA, please call Customer Service at 1-800-582-5273, Monday thru Friday from 7am to 5pm MST.

Return shipping fees are your responsibility. No returns after 30 days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Orders placed on VitaMist.com are typically shipped by USPS Priority Mail. At our discretion, we may use UPS. If you do not receive your package within 7 days, use our Contact Form or call Customer Service at 1-800-582-5273, Monday thru Friday from 7am to 5pm MST.
