Saw Palmetto

The Saw Palmetto is a small palm tree that grows in the South East of the United States. The berries have a long history of use by Native Americans for the treatment of enlarged prostate and genito-urinary tract imbalances. Considerable medical research is currently being done on the use of Saw Palmetto for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
