This year is going by so fast. Halloween has come and gone, and Thanksgiving will be close at hand. The Holiday Season will have arrived again. Those two months of the year that will set the stage for next year.
(Those of you who have been part of our VitaMist family for many years will probably read this and feel “I heard all this before”. But it’s SO imperative that I reiterate this message for all of our new members and even for all of you, who have read this before.)
A lot of people use the Holidays as an excuse! In fact, I have already started to hear those excuses this year and it seems as if I have heard more excuses than ever before. I urge all of you not to let “The Holiday Season” be another excuse and ruin what you have been building with VitaMist over the past few months.
The Holidays are the time when we see more people than any other time of year. In some reports, I’ve seen it quoted that you will see up to 3 times more people than any other time. So Remember! This is when you can give the gift of health and hand out your business cards along with your holiday greetings, good wishes and smiles.
Please enjoy yourselves This Holiday Season, But please, please, don’t allow all your hard work to be undone. I urge every one of you, every single member of our family, to believe in yourselves and be everything you can be. Rather than look for reasons why you can’t, please find reasons why you CAN! This is one of the reasons that “DO IT” has become somewhat of the mantra for the leaders of VitaMist.
Take a moment to reflect on the poem that follows.
How to observe Thanksgiving
Count your blessing instead of your crosses;
Count your gains instead of your losses.
Count your joys instead of your woes;
Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your smiles instead of your tears;
Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your full years instead of your lean;
Count your kind deeds instead of your mean.
Count your health instead of your wealth;
Count on God instead of yourself.
