I’m going to give you a 3-step formula for massively growing your VitaMist Business
Notice I said formula. I didn’t say theory or idea. Why? Because this is a proven strategy to put more people in your downline so that your business grows… PERIOD.
You have to expose your business. There is no way around this. I see so many network marketers who join a company and they sit and do nothing and complain that their business isn’t growing. Common sense tells us that if nobody knows of what you have to offer then you will not generate any business.
There are several ways to expose your network marketing business. Sometimes it’s good to think outside the box such as wearing a shirt or button that exposes what you do. For example, if you are in the health and wellness niche you can wear a t-shirt or button that says any of the three examples below:
“I just lost 25lbs… Ask Me How”
“Get Paid To Lose Weight and Feel Great… Ask Me How”
“Earn While You Burn… Ask Me How To Get Paid To Lose Weight”
This is great to have people approach you and start the conversation instead of you trying to break the ice.
Why do you think Realtors wear a pin? It’s not to remind them that they’re a Realtor… it’s to let YOU know they are.
There are people everywhere. If you can’t find leads then you have to question yourself on how bad do you really want to build your business?
If your company’s presentation is set up correctly then your prospect will be making decisions and formulating questions throughout the presentation.
The presentation is designed to do the selling and convincing for you so by the time you get to the close, it should be easy. Easy because they’re either in or out.
If they’re seriously considering joining your team all you need to do is ask closing questions. By doing this you control the conversation. These controlling questions are ones that steer your prospect into a positive mindset of what they just saw so that you can get a definitive answer and it will minimize objections.
These questions should never be general open-end questions that lets them answer any way they choose.
“What did you think of the presentation?”
“Tell me what you liked best about what you just saw!”
“What questions do you have?”
“How do you see yourself building the business?”
“Where do you see yourself getting started?”
“How motivated are you to build your own business so that you can finally start to live life on your own terms?”
“Sounds like to me you’re ready to get started. How would you like your checks made out to you?”
Constantly work on your closing questions. Buy script books (they’re a ton on Amazon) and repeat them out loud over and over again until they become second nature.
If they are interested but not yet ready to join, set up the next exposure. Here is an example:
“I can certainly appreciate that you may need a day or two to think this over. There is a company webinar this Tuesday night at 9pm. I’ll send you the link for you to attend and it will give you a clear picture on the vision of the company. It’ll also have testimonials from people like you and me who are building profitable businesses from home. I’ll be on the call and I will call you as soon as it’s finished.”
Always, always, always set up the next exposure until they either join or tell you no. Work on the skill of closing and there is no telling how big your business will grow.
The last and final step to massively grow your network marketing business is to increase scalability. This means growing your business in ways that that allow other people to expand it for you.
The first and obvious form is duplication. Set systems and techniques in place that your team can easily do themselves. As your team grows you will find people who can duplicate the more complex ways to expose your business such as pay per click advertising and ezine advertising. You want to segment your team and hand them duplicatable systems that are suited best for them. This way you will have two to three groups within your team that are maximizing the exposure of your business using every aspect possible.
The second is outsourcing. If you followed steps one and two then you certainly have the budget to do this. Hire an accountant, people to post classified ads for you, SEO specialist for your website, an assistant to welcome new team members and set them up for their fast start training, etc. The more tasks you can hand off to someone else gives you more time to do what is absolutely vital for your business… that is prospecting.
The third and most important step when growing your VitaMist® business is leadership development. When you decide to become a network marketing professional your job is not to only become a leader but to develop them.
When you create an environment for your team to thrive in you will create a culture of winning. These winners will expose your business in a positive way. This exposure is free advertising that grows your business. Raising leaders will keep your company and teams heart, soul, and vision intact, even when you aren’t there.
Leaders raise up other leaders and this process pulls the best out of everyone on your team. Holding weekly training webinars is a great way to do this. Nothing will expand your business faster than developing leaders who become recruiting all-stars. All it takes is a handful of leaders in your direct down line to explode the growth of your business.
Your pathway to bigger profits is to follow this process. There is no need to over complicate this. It really is this simple. All you need to do continuously expose your business to the world, work on your closing conversions by asking positive definitive controlling questions, and scale your business to have others build it for you so you can maximize your time to do steps #1 and #2.
