Who is VitaMist?

We are a team of health conscious advocates, who have been pioneering the use of nutritional Oral Sprays since 1983. Over those years, we have developed a range of products carefully balanced for today’s lifestyle and diets, which will ensure you have the necessary minerals and vitamins to get you through your day.

What is MISTING?

MISTING is a process whereby we reduce our nutritional actives down into micro sized droplets, which can then be sprayed into your mouth for optimum bioavailability.

How does MISTING work?

The Science behind MISTING:

  • Each spray delivers micro droplets into the soft tissue of your mouth
  • These droplets are then rapidly absorbed via the capillary rich vein system below.
  • This allows for optimal bioavailability – and lets you get on with your day.

Can anyone MIST?

Misting is designed for all ages (depending on formula) and genders – for those who want an easy and fast way to consume their preferred mix of essential daily nutrients. We however recommend consulting with your physician prior to any use if unsure.

What products do VitaMist produce?

We produce a range of MISTING products which can be categorized under:

How much does each tube of product hold?

Each tube of Vitamist Spray holds 0.47 fl. oz (14 ml), which is a 30-day (1 month) supply when used as directed, which is 8 sprays per day.

How often should I use VitaMist sprays?

You can use VitaMist spray everyday as part of your daily nutritional routine. We recommend up to 8 sprays per day for an adult dosage.

Can I take more than one spray at once? If so, how many?

Every person is different with a different lifestyle and different supplemental nutritional requirements – so much depends upon your diet.

We do recommend that everyone use the Multiple as the cornerstone of their supplementation.

We then recommend that you introduce additional products based on your specific needs.

We market many different products; and each one contains beneficial ingredients. We unfortunately cannot make individual recommendations because we are not familiar with the requirements of each individual.

What is Daily Value (DV)?

The Daily Value or DV, is the estimated amount of a nutrient per day considered necessary for the maintenance of good health by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Research Council/ National Academy of Sciences.

Are the products regulated by the FDA?

Our products are dietary supplements, and therefore, we conform to all current good manufacturing practices as defined by the FDA. The FDA doesn’t “approve” any dietary supplements, but they do oversee and regulate their safety.

Instructions – How to use

How do I use a VitaMist Spray?

Before you use our product, pump 6 or 8 times to activate the VitaMist spray pump. Then spray directly into your mouth, holding for 5 seconds before swallowing. Use 8 sprays per day; you can do this by also taking 4 sprays x2 times a day.

How often should I use VitaMist sprays?

You can use VitaMist spray everyday as part of your daily nutritional routine. We recommend up to 8 sprays per day for an adult dosage.

How long does it take to see results?

Because your mouth is full of capillary rich tissue – your body will start to absorb the nutrients almost right away. You should start to see results in a few minutes after using the spray. Our sprays allow nutrients to be absorbed quickly without causing additional stress or work for your organs.

Can I use the sprays if I am pregnant?

We recommend you to always consult your health care physician before using any products while pregnant.

How to Order

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards. Unfortunately, we can’t accept money orders or checks.

Can I place an order with you over the phone?

How much is delivery?

We currently ship all of our orders via USPS. If you would like to request expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-582-5273 to place your order.

When will my credit card be charged?

You can expect your credit card to be charged as soon as your order has been accepted and processed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Do you ship Internationally?

Please contact one of our Customer Service representatives via phone at 1-800-582-5273 to place you order.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. Then we will ship and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Please note, that when orders are shipped internationally, the burden is on the customer to ensure that any products ordered are allowed to be shipped to the receiving country. Additionally, we may place additional restrictions on shipping the products including, but not limited to, requiring that the customer handle shipping of the product from our facility to the destination (i.e. FOB Phoenix).

If a product has to be reshipped to an international location for reasons that are not our error, the costs of reshipping the product, including possible additional processing and handling costs, are wholly the responsibility of the customer.

If a product or order is seized by customs or any governmental action or agency, then the cost to replace the product/order is wholly the responsibility of the customer.

How fast will my order ship?

Our goal is to ship every order within 1-3 business days of order placement via USPS. We will make every effort to get your purchase to you with the least amount of shipping time, but there are at times situations out of our control such as weather delays.
In the event of a back-order, our customer service team will contact you to let you know the disposition of your order.

Returns:

Can I return a product?

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A Vitamist Customer Service Rep must be contacted for an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization).  Vitamist is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.

How can I contact customer service?

How long does it take to process a return?

Once Vitamist receives your authorized return we will gladly issue a refund to the method of payment used to place the order minus any fees that may apply. Credit card refunds usually take 2 -3 business days to appear on your statement depending on your banking service.

 

 

 

Cancellation

What’s your Cancellation Policy?

A refund request must be sent in writing to customer service at [email protected] within one (1) business day (24 hours) after the sale or execution of a contract to cancel the order and received a full refund consistent with the cancellation notice on the retail receipt.
