Our goal is to ship every order within one business day of order placement. In some cases we will ship the same day the order is placed.
We will make every effort to get your purchase to you with the least amount of shipping time, but there are at times situations out of our control such as weather delays.
In the event of a back-order, our customer service team will contact you to let you know the disposition of your order.
International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Customers…Click here to pay" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion, although you must contact VitaMist for an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) Number. Packages returned without an RMA will be refused.
To obtain an RMA, please call Customer Service at 1-800-582-5273 or e-mail us at email@example.com Monday thru Friday from 7am to 5pm MST. Once your return has been received, a refund will promptly be issued for the unused portion.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
